In recent years,with the increasingly stringent environmental indicators,how to reduce fuel costs,improve efficiency,has become a new focus of research.Scientific research personnel will focus on the flue gas exhaust heat,want to use this part of the heat,therefore,the use of flue gas waste heat generation.This paper introduces the new technology,and to transform the #3 unit of Pan Shan Power Plant as an example,the installation of flue gas waste heat utilization device,coal consumption,water consumption of FGD system in two aspects of economic analysis and comparison.First of all,the formula recommended by the Russian 1973 standard method of boiler thermodynamic calculation,calculate the dew point of the flue gas to define this temperature far below the boiler flue gas temperature of 120 DEG C which is an important basis for the flue gas waste heat utilization device provides a theoretical feasibility,while the industry wide application of metallic materials were compared and analyzed,the original materials find application in the transformation of the.Secondly,the basic principle of flue gas waste heat utilization,the design scheme and the selection principle and economic analysis of the basic parameters are described.According to the design conditions of flue gas waste heat utilization layout arrangement of the selection of gas side flue gas temperature and temperature of the water side entrance water drop and device selection,pipe etc.,are described in detail.Finally,based on the #3 unit in Panshan Power Plant,according to the principle of equivalent enthalpy drop method,combined with the steam turbine thermal equilibrium diagram,modeling and analysis,calculate the flue gas waste heat utilization device to save power consumption can reach 1.60g/kwh under rated condition.At the same time,considering the effect of heat transfer,the desulfurization absorption tower entrance temperature decreased,reducing water evaporation reduces the flue gas desulfurization tower,the water carrying capacity,reduce the water consumption in the desulfurization system,we conclude that the 500 MW load,desulfurization system theory water reached peak,33.95t/h.
