After many years of development,the wind power generation technology has become one of the most important renewable energy power generation methods.The vibration of the yaw system of wind turbine has a great influence on the safe operation of the wind turbine,and the research on the fault and operation characteristics of the yaw system is still in the stage of qualitative analysis.In this paper,according to the production of wind power enterprises,the research on the yaw system performance characteristics,especially the vibration characteristics of the wind turbine,is of great value in engineering application.Based on 1.5MW wind turbine yaw system as the research object,established the yaw system of 3D model parametric and multi-body dynamics model by applying the equivalent load,the key components of the yaw system is analyzed and the motion characteristics of the strength check,the yaw system vibration characteristics.In the study,the literature data is more comprehensive and in-depth,the data used in the unit and running data,the calculation data and test results are reliable.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)First domestic wind turbine is the main active yaw system was analyzed,and the function and effect of its various parts in detail,including: drive motor,hydraulic brake caliper,yaw slewing bearing,yaw brake etc..The function of yaw system and control logic are also summarized.(2)Using finite element numerical simulation,using Pro/E as the platform of 3D modeling.This paper introduces the characteristics and some points of the 3D modeling software Pro/E,and establishes the 3D model of the main parts of the yaw system by using the software’s function of modeling.(3)The compatibility and reliability of multi-body dynamics modeling and analysis software ADAMS are described,and ADAMS is used as the platform.Compare the advantages and disadvantages of various types of data transfer file format,the final choice of *.x_t and *.igs as the file format of the import model.The model file is saved as the above two formats and imported into the ADAMS,the model attributes are defined and constraints are applied to complete the establishment of multi-body dynamics model.(4)The load in the course of wind turbine yaw is classified and summarized,which is equivalent to the equivalent load which can be applied directly to the model.The equivalent load is applied to the dynamic model to make a reasonable analysis of the response in the course of yaw motion.(5)Analysis to check key components using the classical finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench on the yaw system of wind turbine,including statics under natural frequency,mode of vibration,stress,strain and displacement,the corresponding analysis also on the loading frequency,vibration and stress strains and displacements,determine the stability and reliability of the key components in the process of yaw.
