With the rapid development of China's economics,the power load is gradually increased.Thus,the problem of improve the transmission capacity of transmission lines,has become an important issue of the power companies.N owadays,conductor allowable temperature controlling is the primary way to improve the transmission capacity of transmission.Firstly,the temperature influencing factors of the overhead transmission lines is analyzed from the influence factors of carrying capacity of the steady state of overhead transmission line base on the comprehensive literature research at home and abroad.The factors are contain the nature of the conductor material,geometry size and structure,surface environment,environmental conditions,etc.The relationship between the stretching strings and transmission lines carrying capacity are discussed.the wire connector temperature rise and line transmission capacity is established by analyzed the group through the heating mechanism of wi re connector,and the actual simulation and calculation of heat balance equation.The influence factors of external factors for overhead line are analyzed such as the wind speed,wind direction,sunshine intensity,environmental temperature,etc.To study the relationship between carrying capacity and sag,and find out the rule of the change.Secondly,the on-line monitoring devices of transmission lines carrying capacity margin are developed based on ARM processor and FPGA and embedded systems research.The systems are composed of the power supply module,sampling values receive processing module,a judgment module,the control signal interface module,communication module and the design of the integrated man-machine interface management module,and completed the transmission lines carrying capacity margin on-line monitoring device of software systems design.Finally,the on-line monitoring devices of transmission lines carrying capacity margin system,contain the carrying capacity margin contains the load flow margin online monitoring device,weather instrument and sensor,background management monitoring platform,communication network,etc.The communication configuration design scheme of monitoring system are discussed to determine the environmental temperature,wires sunshine radiation,wind speed and direction sensor requirements and selection,and develop the background management platform,integrated many sets of load flow dynamic monitoring device of business data,remote monitoring circuit carrying capacity status,management detection device,etc.
