Ballasted railway transportation as an important means of transportation in all transportation system in various countries have occupied the main force in the global scope of railway construction,railway ballasted railway line of the total mileage of more than 90%.The ballastless occurred uneven settlement,ballast compaction and so on in the long-term effects of the train,thereby affecting the traffic quality of the train,usually by tamping can improve this phenomenon,improve the mechanical properties of the roadbed.However,the traditional research of ballast bed neglected in breaking the ballast,in fact the effect of breaking the ballast ballast between particles and occlusion to some extent,at the same time,crushing the ballast ballast distribution is also changed,thus affecting the performance and service life of the track.In view of this,this paper selects small hydraulic tamping machine as the research object,research by combining simulation and experiment method,the breaking of the ballastless ballast tamping under different parameters,and breaking the cycle between a tamping tamping section ballast are analyzed in detail.This paper has carried out research work as follows:two through the development of EDEM software,three API plug-ins to establish bond model,for the construction of the ballast model laid the foundation of crushing:research on the modeling method of the proposed ballast railway,regional filling road bed and the establishment method can be broken with the ballast bed,and verified the effectiveness of the modeling method.The results show that the modeling method is feasible;simulation analysis of different parameters on the effect of tamping broken ballast;tamping experiments under different frequency,frequency analysis of the ballast broken,while the experimental results and the simulation results are compared and analyzed.Through the simulation analysis,the results show that the frequency of 45Hz fragmentation is smaller,the amplitude is below 0.75 degrees when the broken small angle in broken small,broken second times the amount of tamping is less than the amount of the first time stamp crushing.The experimental results show that when the frequency of small broken in 25-45Hz,when the frequency is more than 50Hz ballast broken obviously intensified,comparative simulation analysis,two kinds of ballast broken trend is more consistent,verified the correctness of the simulation analysis.In this paper,the modeling method and the relevant conclusions can be used to provide some reference for the research of the broken railway. |
