The primitivism of renewable energy such as using wind and photovoltaic sources is as old as the pioneers of mankind. It's only in the 19 th and early 20 th century where the development of fossil fuel by theory was stated to be efficient. However, human beings are now seeing the impact of fossil fuel carbon emissions on our environment and health as a whole. This paper would be discussing: The two major used renewable energy sources within the Caribbean.Advantages and disadvantages literature review and theoryof these renewed systems;Wind,PV and possible smart incorporated devices, hybrid wind and PV interconnected systems, systems control methods of micro-grid DC-DC on DC-bus;the integration of both systems into the traditional power systems grid, energy storage possibilities for both resources,0ther possible energy investment in my country, and Possibilities of installing dynamic Systems Protection of the interconnected system. Most of which will be using Power Electric Smart Grid applications. The Historical and most modern background research mostly in Antigua,Utility commercial and residential benefits to the grid, and impacts to the PS grid. The main Simulation methods used will be used withthe Pscad software to analyze research and is later discussed.Mat-lab would be used also. The results obtained are shownand are suggested to be used in Antigua and Barbuda's energy system making it advantageously possible to associate these results to an actual system. The simulation results show that the controllability of the dc-dc bus Hybrid smart connected system could be isolated or connected to the grid for power generation;Could allow for a sustainable, feasible, efficient, flexible and reliable Power System.
