Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler got more and more attention because of its wide applicability,strong fuel load,and good environmental performance.Dongfang boiler co.,LTD.,successfully developed independent of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler,but found that in the operation process of the big wide depth ratio of single furnace layout has a significant influence on the bed temperature characteristic,towards the bed temperature distribution along furnace width on both sides of the middle high low trend.In order to solve this phenomenon,this article carries on the thorough analysis and study,find the main influencing factors,and put forward corresponding solutions,and gives the Suggestions and measures for effectively solving this kind of phenomenon,to provide a reference for engineering practice.Shenhua Midong thermal power plant No.1 large circulating fluidized bed boiler,conducted a comprehensive research to the system,analysis of operation data,numerical simulation of key equipment flow field,water cooling chamber and a cyclone separator entrance of cold and hot state test,bed temperature deviation of the cowl retrofit scheme design,the transformation effect analysis and a series of work.Through field test and computational fluid dynamics(CFD)analysis to determine the air distributor deviation,the ventilation board air flow uniformity,and the characteristics of return feeder returns its influence on boiler bed temperature deviation.At the same time,the study of hood structural change(cowl aperture,cap riser throttling,etc.)or increase the flow sheet of two kinds of methods to improve the effect of bed temperature uniformity and regularity.According to the field test results and bed temperature deviation in real situation,solve the bed temperature deviation to provide feasible solutions,to ensure the safety of boiler operation stability.
