This thesis firstly introduces the structure,working principle and mathematical model of magnetically controlled reactor.Based on this model,using two-dimensional finite element analysis software to establish the simulation and verify the influence on the reactor inductance leaka ge.Finally,compare the loss and temperature rise between new distributed magnetic circuit structure and the traditional magnetic circuit structure.Then,the optimal magnetic circuit structure is determined.Magnetic valve is an important structure of magnetically controlled reactor.Under rated operating state,the magnetic valve is always in between saturation and semi saturation,so the leakage of the magnetic flux can not be ignored.The number of segments of the magnetic valve and the distance between the magnetic valve will directly affect the inductance of the reactor,thereby affecting the magnetic control reactor loss and temperature rise.How to determine the optimal structure of the magnetic circuit can not only improve the capacity of magnetic control reactor,but also reduce the loss of magnetic control reactor,reduce the temperature rise and increase the life span of magnetically controlled reactor.Therefore,this thesis studies the factors that affect the magnetic flux leakage o f the magnetronically controlled reactor,and puts forward the principle and method of magnetic circuit design.Based on the finite element simulation software ANSYS,the effect of magnetic flux leakage under different magnetic circuit structure is compare d.The loss of magnetically controlled reactor with different magnetic valve segment is calculated,and the temperature rise simulation of magnetic control reactor with different magnetic circuit structure is carried out in the three-dimensional model.Through the theoretical analysis and simulation verification of the distributed magnetic valve structure,it is proved that the magnetic circuit structure of the distributed magnetic valve segment improves the energy efficiency of the magnetic control reactor.
