The power distribution grid connecting to power demand side has great important function.The national economy developing constantly asks for higher power supply operating level.The common goals of the power supply company and the society lie in improving the power supply Reliability and quality,expanding the supply ability,performing effectively and running economically.Power Distribution Automation is the way to the goals.Power Distribution Automation consists of Power Distribution Operating Automation and Power Distribution Management Automaton.Power Distribution Operating Automation includes power distribution SCADA and power distribution Fault Detection Isolation Recovering.The power distribution SCADA is the base,and power distribution Fault influenced the distribution grid running greatly.So,research on power distribution FDIR and the solution of improving the level power distribution SCADA has great theoretical and practical significance.According to works and the situation of Fengyang power supply grid,the candidate studied the methods of power distribution fault locating and the solution for improving the level of power distribution SCADA and expected find some reference for Fengyang power supply grid.Firstly,we study how to locate the fault section of the power distribution system,which is based on the earth fault and the fault of the fault.According to boundary conditions of fault analysis of neutral grounding system and the small current neutral grounding fault characteristics and fault phase characteristics of the single-phase small current arc suppression coil grounding system,deduced the compound sequence network fault conditions,combined with the characteristics of fault sequence network fault analysis,and based on the features of this the fault section locating different fault strategy,respectively for the fault analysis is carried out,and the interception of the voltage current waveform,some nodes,the simulation results verify the validity of the fault section location of the proposed method,provides theoretical support for the rapid positioning of the single-phase ground fault and fault phase in practical production.Secondly,with the development of distributed power supply,the large scale grid point the day and await for it.So,how to locate the fault point is a certain research value in the case of distributed power supply.In this paper,the effect of distributed power access and distribution network on fault location is analyzed.According to the number of branches,the distribution network is divided into different types of distribution network.Finally,the paper analyzed the situation of Fengyang distribution grid,pointed at the deficiency of measurement points,gave a solution on reusing the information from “power user electric energy data acquire system”.The solution focused on reuse of terminals and communication ways.Two objects make response to calls,one object is to power user system and the other is to distribution system.The solution will make more measurement points for distribution system and more support to distribution dispatchers' daily works.
