| With the concept of environmental protection and energy saving and emission reduction are widely recognized,wind power,photovoltaic and other unstable new energy are developed and utilized more and more,and then connected in the power generation grid.In order to accommodate more new energy power,and considering the status quo of China’s electricity peak load gradually increased,the depth of peak power must be done.Based on our country’s special power structure,thermal power units dominated the majority,and among it the coal-fired units dominated the majority,to ensure smooth and safe operation of power grid,the coal-fired units participating in peak load regulation is imperative.So the study of the feasibility that the coal-fired units participating in peak load regulation has important significance.At present,aiming at China’s power installed structure of the status quo,peak performance of various types of units are analyzed.The results show that the peak depth of nuclear power units are limited by the safety and economy of the units,the costs of fuel and gas units are too high,the Hydropower Stations are affected by the geographical restrictions and also the high cost.In addition,nuclear power,gas power and pumped storage power station installed in China accounted for small,the total capacity of the peak is very limited,therefore,these power stations can not afford the main tasks of peak load.The stock of large coal-fired generating units amount,the operating experience,the moderate peak performance,all make coal-fired generating units worthy of great responsibility.In the depth of the coal-fired generating units will run at a lower peak load,so it is necessary to understand its thermal characteristics and safety properties under low load.Under the condition of low load operation,the temperature of the flue gas is reduced,the steam quantity and the gas quantity are all reduced,so the most likely safety problem is the problem of the combustion instability in the furnace.This paper provides some methods,such as reducing the fiery,increasing the fire heating and coal blending,then introduces in detail.Cogeneration units in power system cover a large proportion,but because of China’s "power determined by heat" policy,its ability to participate in the peak load regulation is poor.This paper introduces four kinds of possible means to improve the peak performance of the cogeneration units,respectively is the main steam bypass compensation method,electric heating compensation method,thermal storage compensation method and electric heating plus energy storage combined compensation method. |
