When the operation equipments of the railway utility vehicle working,it will be affected by the overturning of factors such as wind and rail.And it has the risk of overturning.The utility vehicle overturning detection can carry out real-time detection of the torque conditions encountered in the current state of operation of the vehicle,and make warning judgment on the danger of overturning so as to avoiding the risk of overturning in the complicated environment.The design of the railway utility vehicle inspection model needs establish the torque mathematical model first.A variety of measurement parameters are used for the variables that need to be measured in the mathematical model.Through th e torque method,the detailed analysis of the influence of the operation equipments,crosswind,gravity and the high angle on the railway utility vehicle is carried out,and the mathematical model under the specific working condition is established.Based on the requirement of railway utility vehicle overturning detection and meet functional requirements,the suitable angle sensor,displacement sensor,inclination sensor and wind speed sensor are selected.The detection flow and the detection model are designed.The basic principles,key elements,general flow and characteristics of MATLAB and C# mixed programming techniques and genetic algorithms are introduced.According to the mathematical model of the various constraints and changes in the conditions and comprehensive testing process simulation analysis to determine the real-time detection and pre-judgment of the two models of simulation methods.The simulation software is used to define and assign the measurement parameters,and the simulation software is used to build the simulation module design work.The principle of multi-objective genetic algorithm is described and the multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to optimize the posture of multi-function overturning detection,which makes the railway utility vehicle be minimized by overturning moment.When design a different mode of the man-machine interface,the system can display the test data,and also achieve the user’s custom mode.In the process of MATLAB and C# mixed programming and other aspects were discussed.The experiment the overturning of the multifunctional vehicle is simulated under the specific working conditions.Through the comparison of the experimental results,the algorithm can ensure that the optimal array is better than other array combination,and confirming the effectiveness of overturning detection model.
