As a new structural modeling and analysis method for rapid development in recent years,muti-scale method not only makes the structure modeling convenient,but also greatly improves the computational efficiency and becomes a focus of attention.And in the shell structure under dynamic,load failure mechanism has been the research focus in the field of space structure.In view of the complicated structure of reticulated shell structure,which brings great inconvenience while calculating,previous studies are based on a fine model requiring very high hardware performance and time-consuming.Under this background,the theory and numerical simulation of multipoint constrain method and Stress connection method are carried out.Apart from this,the multi-scale modeling and analysis of cross structure and material level are realized.The main research content and conclusions of this article are as follows:First of all,it sums up the results of previous studies on the method of multiple scales and selects multipoint constraint Method and Stress connection method as there search object.On the other hand,it verified the accuracy of the two methods through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The scope of S unit value ratio is given as well based on the stress connection method.Then,based on the shaking table experiment research on collapse process of singlelayer spherical shells,the multi-scale model with three different stiffness is established.And the collapse mode is studied under different load conditions.The results express that the collapse model is in close agreement with the the test results of three multiscale models.Although the initial defects caused by man-made factors,environmental factors and so on in the test can not be achieved in the numerical simulation,they make little difference to the calculation results in the range of errors permitted.Finally,with method co-simulation,it makes scale-span crack propagation analysis on the kiewitt spherical shell,which achieves the crack in the macro structure level of fine ball joint observation propagation process.The method not only reduces the computation time,but also makes the model more easily convergence,and convergence of sufficient space to allow adjustment or mesh refinement of the model.The submodel is more suitable for microscopic study of crack propagation,ect.Through the theoretical research and practical application of the multi-scale method,the rationality of the multi-scale method and its advantages have been proved.In this paper,the multi-scale modeling and analysis of the net shell has been carried out,but the method is applicable to any structural form,which can be used for deeper theoretical research and micro-simulation.
