Based on the full study of electric forklift,a magnetic navigation forkliftAGVhasbeen transformedout.It can reduce the labor intensity of workers,also can save costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The forklift AGV has been designed with five-wheel chassis structureandselected drive and steering integrated as the drivingwheel.Use cost-effective and relatively high applicability of magnetic navigation to be guidance mode.Choose AC servo motor as driving motor and DC servo motor as steering motor,use the way of forklift lifting to transport goods.According to the above,the paper carried out the motion analysis and static analysis of the fork lift mechanism.It choose the advanced Curtis 1230 AC as the drive controller,the main controller use Siemens S7-200PLC on account of convenient and reliable.The safety protection system adopts the ultrasonic protection sensor and the anti-collision contact double protection mode.The electronic control system is divided into automatic and manual control.According to the selected electronic control components,drawing the control circuit diagramand installing the electronic control system.Automatic control programe use a modular programming method,design the automatic guidance program by Fuzzy Algorithm.Through the analysis of the turning section and the bifurcation section,the turning program and the bifurcation program are designed in this paper.Finally,AGV performance is tested.The tests content automatic navigation performance,fork cargo performance,speed,security performance.
