Today,the energy conservation and emission reduction has been the mainstream trend for the international world.Therefore the energy saving in HVAC systems is particularly important.Evaporative cooling air conditioning,as an efficient way to get more and more attention.Compared with the traditional form of evaporative cooling,the heat transfer efficiency of the dew point indirect evaporative is greatly improved.In this paper,a new type of dew point indirect evaporative cooler is studied and the mathematical models of two kinds of dew point evaporative coolers are established.MATLAB software is used to simulate the heat and moisture exchange process in evaporative cooler and study the factors that influence the efficiency of cooling device In addition,this paper combines the countercurrent dew point evaporative cooling technology with the solution dehumidification The mathematical model of evaporative cooling and adiabatic dew point two dehumidifier is established,and the factors of the performance of the dehumidifier is studied by numerical simulation.The experiment table studying on the heat transfer and mass transfer in the packing was carried out,and the variation law of the heat transfer and mass transfer coefficient was revealed.The following conclusions are obtained by numerical simulation and experiment:(1)In this paper,the cooling efficiency of the countercurrent dew point indirect evaporative cooler is higher than that of the concurrent flow type;(2)In order to obtain high cooling efficiency,the parameters need to be satisfied: air flow rate less than 2m/s,device channel length not exceeding 1.2m,primary air and two air flow ratio is not greater than 2,(3)The outlet air temperature of countercurrent dew point indirect evaporative cooling dehumidifier 6 ?lower than adiabatic dehumidifier,the average humidity of the outlet air is about 2g/kg lower than that of the adiabatic dehumidifier,the outlet temperature of the solution is about 11? lower than that of the adiabatic one,the outlet concentration of solution is 0.002 lower than that of the adiabatic type.(4)In experimenting,he convective heat transfer and mass transfer coefficient increase with the increase of air and water flow rate.In this paper,a new type of dew point evaporative cooler and its application in liquid desiccant dehumidification are studied,which provides some reference and theoretical support for the application of dew point evaporative cooler.
