With the rapid development of rail transit construction in China,the demand for the speed and the quality of urban rail vehicle is becoming higher.The urban rail vehicle is different from the high speed train.The former is characterized by short station spacing,frequent starting braking and complex line conditions.Urban rail vehicles will be affected by their own and external factors in moving.In this case,with the continuous improvement of its speed,lateral instability is likely happened on urban rail vehicle due to the violent lateral vibration.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of the lateral instability of urban rail vehicle.In this paper,considering the factors that affect the vehicle vibration,the vibration of the vehicle under various operating conditions is simulated.In order to improve the sky-hook controller design of vehicle vibration,combining with traction control technology and vehicle dynamics.Treat the lateral vibration situation as the evaluation standard of comfort to evaluate the comfort of the measured line.The main work is as follows:(1)The factors that affect the lateral vibration of urban rail vehicle and the method to improve the lateral vibration are discussed.Based on the vehicle dynamics modeling criteria,the SIMPACK software is used to build the dynamic model of the urban rail vehicle.The influence of track irregularity and line condition on vehicle lateral vibration is discussed.The characteristics of track irregularity and the Sperling evaluation criteria are described in detail.Based on the established dynamic model,the vibration of the vehicle under different working conditions is simulated.(2)A relatively practical and simple structure of the ceiling damping control algorithm is presented and its operation principle is explained in detail.After adjusting the whole vehicle model,combining the advantages of Matlab and Simpack,the Simulink model is established in Matlab/Simulink.Then,combined with the vehicle dynamics model in Simpack,the Simpack-Matlab simulation platform is built by using the corresponding simulation port module.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control model for urban rail vehicle is verified by simulation.(3)The categories of traction control model as well as several typical control strategies are studied in detail.In particular,the three typical strategies: the fastest speed operation,the most economical and the hybrid optimization strategies are compared and discussed.The traction control model based on the fastest speed control strategy of single particle is established.Combined with the selected vehicle model and line condition,the modeling and simulation are completed.On this basis,the traction control technology and dynamic model combined to simulate the vibration of vehicle in the test line,and the lateral vibration result isthe evaluating index of vehicle stability and comfort.The comfort of the train passing through the whole line is evaluated,and the control method of the road with poor quality is adjusted according to the results.
