Arch bridge is a type of bridge which is widely used in our country.It is estimated that 7% of the highway bridges in our country are arch bridges.Huang Jia Ping bridge is the first fivespan hollow rigid frame arch bridge in our country,and the structural complexity of this bridge is far better than the already built rigid frame arch bridge construction technology in China.Since lack of technical information,the construction of this bridge is more difficult.Huang Jia Ping bridge belongs to the indeterminate structure,various factors of concrete indeterminate stage affect the construction and use of the bridge,such as shrinkage and creep,concrete rigid frame bridge prestressed tension structure,the cooling will cause serious impact on the bridge.This paper aimed at the construction process of the Huang Jia Ping bridge with the shrinkage and creep of concrete beam,prestressed tension structure,the cooling simulation and detailed analysis,the influence of these factors on the crack resistance of concrete arch bridge weak component,and the internal force of the key position of the bridge in the construction and use phase(stress)fine three dimensional finite element analysis method of state after draw some theoretical research results,provide guidance for the site construction.In order to study the three-dimensional finite element theory is the basis of the construction technology scheme,monitoring the advanced control technology as the technical support;with technical scheme theory,implementation scheme and theoretical analysis of the parameters to make a correction,to ensure reasonable and effective monitoring of the bridge construction control.The construction process of Huang Jia Ping bridge complex construction,more steps,to ensure the successful completion of the construction process,we must take measures to monitor,if inadequate control will cause serious consequences.Considering the particularity of the bridge,must carry on the simulation analysis of the detailed process of the bridge construction,this thesis gives a detailed analysis through the simulation of various factors have great influence on the effect of the bridge structure,the construction step of important theoretical basis and guidance on stress analysis of the forming process of the key section of the bridge in monitoring and alignment.In order to grasp the stress characteristic,Huang Jia Ping bridge performance,not only the analysis on the mechanical characteristics of the bridge operation condition,should also start from the construction process of the bridge structure,the finite element simulation analysis of each construction step,each component of the bridge in the construction process,the force changes structure system transformation,and the effects of different factors on the structure stress of in-depth analysis,influencing factors of each possible structure of the internal force state of the bridge.The 3D model of the main structure construction stage is analyzed in detail,the main working conditions,the stress state of the structure showed that the finite element simulation results and finite element results accord with the description of finite element modeling and simulation is successful,and the finite element results also show that in the main structure construction stage,the compressive stress and tensile stress are within the scope of the safety regulations,the structure is in a safe state in the construction stage.
