Comparing with continuous beam bridge,the large-span prestressed concrete continuous steel frame bridge has the characteristics of non-expansion joints,smooth vehicle ride,non-consolidation supporting design to pier beam and convenient construction.At the same time,the latter is equipped with great horizontal and vertical flexural rigidity.Under certain conditions,it has the advantages of material-saving,simple construction and low maintenance cost.Because of the unique advantages,the large-span prestressed concrete continuous steel frame bridge got rapid development in our country since 1990 s.However,among the existed large-span prestressed concrete continuous steel frame bridges in our country,the cases of box girder concrete floor cracked,split or even detached completely are very common,which influenced the normal use,shortened the service life-span and increased the operation and maintenance cost of the bridge.Based on the diseases treatment process of a certain large-span prestressed concrete continuous steel frame bridge,this paper do the research mainly from some aspects as follow:The research conducts a comprehensive investigation and test to diseases of the large-span prestressed concrete continuous steel frame bridge,which provides the most original and accurate basic date for the subsequent disease treatment.The research carries on the static load test of the bridge under the temporal situation and analyzes the strength,stiffness and elastic working state of the bridge comprehensively.According to the static load test data and conclusion,combined with the conditions of the bridge diseases,the research analyzes the causes of bridge diseases from many aspects,such as theory,design,construction and operation.Based on the targeted treatment to various diseases of the bridge,the research states the principle of the treatment scheme and construction technology in detail.The research evaluates the effect of bridge diseases treatment from appearance,operation and monitoring data and the static load test date of diseases before and afterprocessing.
