With the development of modern science and technology, gas turbine technical indicators are also constantly improve, which is required for all aspects of the compressor such as flow ,pressure ratio and so has a new requirement. High flow, high pressure transonic compressor design of the transonic compressor is on the agenda..And, for a transonic compressor of variable working condition characteristics, especially for the shock wave produced by transonic compressor and the rotating stall is becoming more and more get the attention of everyone.Firstly , according to the given some basic parameters such as flow , pressure ratio ,efficiency, size, and inner and outer diameter of the compressor inlet axial velocity , etc., in accordance with the design methods described, get a one-dimensional design data, and then according to streamline curvature method to obtain quasi three-dimensional data compressor ,and finally through Numeca software, according to the quasi three-dimensional computed along the blade height data, obtained the compressor blade shape, completed the design of the transonic compressor. Then, under different working conditions, the three-dimensional steady multi-loading simulation model of this transonic the inlet guide vane and the transonic rotor is conducted by Ansys-CFX. Focusing on different flow conditions of the tip clearance and the differences of three-dimensional structure of the shock wave in different working conditions, analyzes the predisposing factors of small tip clearance of transonic rotor stall, and the three-dimensional shock wave structure under different outlet static pressure .Finally, change the installation of inlet guide vane Angle, discusses the transonic rotor under different guide blade installation Angle in the flow of design points and variable condition features under different guide blade installation Angle. Focus on the different on the top of the guide blade installation Angle of the rotor under different flow conditions and the installation Angle of the rotor three-dimensional shock wave structure changes.
