| Proton exchange membrane fuel cell, as a kind of power plant of high efficiency,low emissions and low noise, is very suitable for submarine power system application.Fuel cell control system is very important to ensure that fuel cell system can run stably and reliably, which needs to control the operational parameters of fuel cell system effectively within the scope of requirements. Aiming at marine fuel cells power plant, the author of this paper designs the control system in hardware and software based on the faster and more integrated DSP, design, and debugs the control system through the experiment for fuel cell power plant application.This paper puts forward the three layers structure on control system: field layer,data communication layer and management layer. Field layer adopts DSP control system to complete the field control of the fuel cell. Data communication layer employs the CAN bus technology to realize the data communication between the field and management layer. Management layer uses the LabVIEW program to design the operation interface, which is convenient to monitor and control.Based on TMS320F28335 control core, this paper designs the hardware circuit of DSP control system, including the minimum system module, data gathering module,the actuator driving module and data communication module. And the program is designed by using the CCS software to realize functions of DSP control system that include the process control like scavenging, starting up, shutdown, emergency stop,and data collection, processing, communication functions.This paper designs hardware and software of the master node and the underlying node respectively based on CAN bus node type. The master node uses USB-CAN interface converter to realize the data communication between PC and CAN bus,while the underlying node adopts CAN communication module of DSP controller to complete data transmission between DSP and CAN bus.PC operation interface is designed by using the LabVIEW program, which is main to realize data communication, processing, monitoring and the control of operation interface. It is convenient to monitor and control the fuel cell power plant in time for operation person.By using the existing conditions of the laboratory, the fuel cell power plant control system hardware and software are debugged. The hardware is mainly the system connection of various devices, such as sensors and actuators, etc.; Software includes DSP control program, CAN bus communication program and the LabVIEW operation interface program, etc. Through the debugging, the control system can be applied for the fuel cell power plant ultimately. |
