Recently, the space launch technology has gradually become mature, as the technical requirements were gradually reduced, the demand for low cost and high performance commercial launch vehicles is becoming stronger and stronger. The flight test of reusable vertical landing mode has been launched in some other country , but in previous studies, the research on the reusable rocket elastic buffer device is very few .And it is mainly focused on the multi rigid body model or the multi rigid body model to simplify the model, without considered the elastic deformation of the system. In this paper, form bionic to design the reusable rocket elastic buffer. The key energy absorbing parts and control system were designed and the Landing buffer performance were obtained by combined simulation . The main research content of this paper is as follows:Form bionics to consider the basic part of the elastic buffer device and the overall structure of elastic buffer device were designed. The coordinate system of multi degree of freedom space was established. The Landing process of buffer device was analyzed by analyzing the system freedom and landing mode. The system model was obtained and the dynamic model was established.The working mode of MR fluid and MR damper were studied, and the basic working principle of MR damper be know. The mechanical model of MR damper was studied, and the mechanical model of the buffer system was obtained. After the mechanical analysis and material selection of MR damper a kind of magnetic rheological fluid was designed. At last,the structure of MR damper be optimized and electromagnetic analysis was carried out, and the mechanical parameters of the buffer system were determined.Application of fuzzy control system. After the analysis, the control method, the quantization factor, the scale factor and the language variable were confirmed. The structure,variable and control state of the fuzzy controller were analyzed, and the fuzzy control rules were prescribed. By using Matlab logic toolbox the controller of reusable rocket elastic buffer was designed, and the parameters of the fuzzy control system were determined.The combined simulation of reusable rocket elastic buffer be carried by using Adams and Matlab/Simulink, and the performance curve of the landing system was obtained. The performance of the elastic buffer device designed in this paper to meet the requirement. The influence of different control strategies and attitude angle on the elastic buffer performance was analyzed. In this paper, the design and analysis of the buffer device of the reusable rocket landing gear buffer device has certain guiding significance, which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study.
