Rocket is an important carrier of aerospace engineering. In order to avoid influence on the upper stage of the rocket during multi-stage separation process, rockets between each level need to design the separation motionlink. During the separation, the motionlink provides separated directions and displacement restriction to avoid influence on flight direction or collisions with engine of the upper rocket. This paper designed a test bench to examine the performance of the seperation mechanism. It analysed the test bench from kinetics point.According to the topology optimization of truss optimization theory, this paper completed optimization. Finally, we had a experimental verrification of the simulation system and cylindrical slide rail. The main contents are as follows:First, this paper presented the situation of domestic and abroad, which has a direct relationship with the test bench. Clearly it pointed out the limitations of the existing experimental equipment. After analyzing the test rig work, this paper designed bench mechanical structure according to task requirements, including truss, linear actuator, loading platform structure, cushioning devices and so on.Secondly, the paper analyzed the dynamics of test bench. It studied on the limited loading and the force station of the joint bearing and ball screw of the testbench. By using ADAMS simulation software, this paper completed the study of test bench simulation sports.Then this main structure was analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. Then the article studied on the ball and roll elastic contact problem between tracks ball screw linear actuator, and we got the conclusion that the contact pressure between the ball and the raceway is greater than the screw and nut ball rolling contact pressure. It offered the theoretical foundation of the ball and the track's life and had instructive meaning to the linear actuator.After that, we used the evolutionary structural optimization of continuum structure optimize the truss section. Paper also elicited the sensitivity of progressive structural topology optimization and set optimizing performance. Application of parametric design language APDL in ANSYS software achieves the optimization and manufacturability processing of the main unit single truss structural. Then comparison chart contrast the finite element analysis data of mode, stiffness, strength and maximum stress for the truss between original and optimization to verify the reliability of truss optimizationFinally, the paper set up the semi-physical simulation system, and used the Lab VIEW block diagram programming to verifiy the prototype of a linear actuator. Followed by manufacturing mobile connectivity cylindrical slide ring loading device of sample components, and designs experiment to verify the reliability of its design.
