Underwater acoustics release system is a commonly used remote control system.The system carries out the corresponding action using underwater acoustic communication to transfer control orders. This paper mainly designs a multifunctional acoustic release device.This device not only has the common function of heavy weight release and recovery devices,but also retransmittes external hanging sensor parameters to the deck unit by an acoustic signal. This paper mainly describes the system architecture design of the underwater acoustics release system, the design of release scheme, the build of hardware platform, the design and implementation of software programming, and a system verification experiment.The underwater acoustics release system in this paper constitutes by transducers,electronic storehouse, battery, release mechanism, etc. The hardware design of the electronic storehouse is the main content of this design, which is also the core of the release system. The electronic storehouse is made up by the signal processing board and transmitter board. Signal processing board consists of 430 duty control circuits and ARM signal processing circuit,which are mainly responsible for detecting wake-up signal, controlling the release mechanism,and modulating and demodulating of spread spectrum communication. The transmitter board consists of a power amplifier circuit board and a matching circuit, which are mainly responsible for signal power amplification and the matching of the transducer. Based on the design of the hardware platform, the development software program is completed including 430 MCU waking up signal detection and motor control, as well as spread spectrum communication threads development based on WINCE6.0 operating system. Finally, an electrical linking laboratory experiment and a sea trial are conducted to verify the release mechanism control function and data forwarding function. The results have met the design requirements.
