| With the rapid popularization of cars, a dramatic increase of traffic accidents caused by tire, cause serious casualties and property losses. In order to prevent tire blowout caused the traffic accident, the design of the safety tire more and more get people’s attention. Internal support is the core part of the internal supporting type safety tire, through the research of the support technology in the world, aiming at the problems of design, a standard rim of arch support structure is designed, maximum protection in flat tire accident driving personnel safety.The standard rim arch type support structure is researched as the object in the thesis, with reference to the support design standards, combined with the design requirements of internal support to establish model, using the finite element software for arch support structure in various simulation analysis. Based on the premise of the used requirements of support structure, in order to save the manufacturing cost, fuel consumption and so on, internal support structure is optimized design, improve the support structure performance.First the design requirements and design content of internal support is described in the thesis designed, the overall scheme of the internal support is build, whereby the support structure design, using the PRO / E software to establish a three-dimensional model of the support structure. Then using ANSYS software, arch internal support structure is simulated test from the static strength, modal frequency, thermal performance three areas. For simulation results, the proposed arch supported by size optimization design optimization and topology optimization methods, simulation and optimization results compare verified. Finally machine through mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS arch for support at different speeds within rotational imbalance run out, the use of impact dynamics simulation software LS-DYNA arch support falls within a touchdown and running within the next stable state support stress changes. Arch support structure within the paper to some extent reduce the quality of the support to improve the seismic capacity and structural strength,good thermal performance, if can be applied to actual vehicles, will be largely protect safety of life after the flat tire. |
