Nowadays, with the gradual depletion of energy, energy saving and sustainable development has become a consensus of the world’s industrial nations. Mechanical products pursuit the goal of high efficiency and low consumption,low pollution and high life is an effective way to achieve energy conservation, environmental protection and sustainable development. As a new way of lubrication, oil-air lubrication technology has incomparable virtues of energy-saving and environmental protection compared with the traditional lubrication. At present, oil-gas Lubrication has been widely used in rolling bearing lubrication and the train wheel rim while the feasibility of the sliding bearing oil-gas Lubrication is still at a groping stage.This thesis designed a rotational speed is 23000 rpm high speed journal bearing test-bed to be used in the oil-gas lubrication’s lubrication performance and parameter optimization test.Based on the oil film pressure, oil film temperature, oil film thickness, friction factor of the measurement and data analysis,study the structure and performance parameters that influence oil-gas lubrication and reveal its lubrication mechanism. This article includes the following four parts:1. The overall program of oil-air lubricate high speed sliding bearing test-bad according to its functional requirements are determined.2. The thesis introduced all the structure of the sliding bearing test-bed, conducted statics and dynamics analysis for some important parts combining with ANSYS software, and analysis the reasonability of the structural design. According to the special working condition of the test-bed to analysis the structure and improve the design of some part. Through the two aspects of measuring friction coefficient and sensor installation space analysis, load mechanism of sliding bearing is designed.3. According to the pressure, temperature and thickness of the oil film together with the measuring principle and method of friction coefficient, the test plan of every parameter are designed. To achieve the best oil study of all lubricating points of the test-bed, a set of reasonable lubrication system of oil and gas is designed,for all the adjustment of the oil and gas bearing lubrication oil.4. The dynamic characteristics analysis by ANSYS and analysis the reliability under its maximum speed are conducted. In order to further improve the static and dynamic characteristic of the axis,the bearing structure is optimized via the advanced analysis function of ANSYS and the method of multi-objective function planning. Thus both the static and dynamic characteristic of the optimized axis have been improved significantly.
