At present,China has entered a decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the new-type urbanization is also in an important period of in-depth development.In the country under the guidance of relevant policies,the new urbanization has made positive progress in promoting the work.However,there still exist a series of problems,such as slow urbanization,low urbanization and low land use,which hinder the development of new urbanization in the new urbanization process.To solve the problem lies in two aspects:First,to promote the development of urbanization,the second is to strengthen the local urbanization.The research shows that developing country houses,not only can promote the development of urbanization of people,but also to accelerate the local urbanization process,and promote the development of new urbanization.The country,as a new type of rural tourism industry gradually into the market,rapid development,and there is a growing trend.Bring a lot of jobs in the development of rural pension needs,the farmers to bring more close to career choices,and then promote the development of urbanization people.At the same time,the rise of rural pension is helpful to improve the infrastructure in rural areas,improve rural living environment,improve the rural residents' living standards,promote local urbanization process.However,access to relevant data found that the domestic research on the home stay in rural tourism level,and on the design of the B&B literature is rare,relevant monographs on case study design is one of the few guesthouse.Therefore,to carry out the design of B&B very theoretical and practical significance.In view of the fact that has important realistic meaning and theoretical significance to carry out research,design,this paper will take home villages south of the Yangtze River as the research object,explore the design mode of the villages south of the Yangtze River B&B in the context of new urbanization.In this paper,through the investigation of the rural houses in the south of the Yangtze River area,the regional characteristics and humanistic values of the traditional houses are sorted out.Study on outstanding case analysis of rural pension,seek inspiration from the form of its geographical characteristics in.Study on field investigation and literature based on the above,this paper considers the design mainly from the Jiangnan country houses four aspects:location and subject orientation,building surrounding landscape construction,architectural features of the building,the interior space of the regional characteristics of building.Finally,through the design practice,from the above four aspects to build Zhejiang Quzhou Chen Cun B&B,verified the feasibility of the design method and practical operation.
