| Tunnel boring machine(TBM)is a modern tunneling tool.TBM has been widely used in aforementioned tunnels due to its many advantages,such as high advance rate,high degree of automation,good working environment and favorable comprehensive benefit.The cutters mounted on TBM cutter head are the key component of excavation and advancement,therefore the cutter’s wear and failure will directly influence the advance efficiency of TBM.The interaction mechanism of rock and driving machine is a basic scientific problem for the study of TBM.Taking the interaction between mechanism of rock and driving machine as the research object.The experiments were carried out on the SP3-I compound abrasion test machine cutter,including the abrasion of the cutter,CERCHAR abrasiveness index(CAI),the uniaxial compressive strength of rock,The detail research results are as follows:(1)Be involved with designing SP3-I compound abrasion test machine cutter.Taking the interaction between mechanism of rock and driving machine as the research object,on the basis of the similarity model,combing with the construction parameters of TBM tunneling,the equipment was developed by using 1:10 micro cutter model.Simulation of single cutter thrust,seting in the normal stress,gear cutter is linear rolling rock,during the rock breaking for cutter penetration depth,getting the speed of penetration,pressure and other parameters,the characterization of cutter wear degree were finally obtained by cutter quality loss.(2)Standard Test Method for mechanism of rock and driving machine was established.Based on the SP3-I compound abrasion test machine cutter,through a series of experiments,such as stress,variable rolling rate,variable linear rolling distance,variable model cutter edge,the influence of different parameters on the penetration rate and the wear quality of cutter is tested.The normal pressure of disc cutter is 3kN,the linear speed of the hob is 5mm/s,the linear distance of the linear motion of the cutter is 20 m,and the average penetration depth(mm)of the disc cutter and the abrasion quality of the disc cutter(mg)are measured.(3)Choose sandstone,white granite,marble,granite,basalt,black granite as research object,CERCHAR abrasiveness index(CAI),uniaxial compressive strength test,rock and mineral elements were tested,and the test of disc cutter abrasion test(force control and displacement control,study on the relationship between the two angles),revealing the relationship between different rocks. |
