Analysis The Agriculture Theme Park Landscape Designing Based On The Local Characteristics

With the rapidly development of economy and the transformation of urban, agriculture has changed its original form and entered a new era. In the new era, the research of agriculture themed park with regional characteristics is rising. This project, based on the theory of agriculture themed park with regional characteristics, includes investigations and research on the related domestic and foreign parks,and combines with the conceptual planning and designing proposal of Zhujiajian agriculture themed park. It comprehensively practices the theory of agriculture themed parks with regional characteristics.1.Through literature review, the history of agriculture themed park's development was systematically studied. The development of agriculture themed park was statistically analysed, and the development method of the regional characteristic of agriculture themed park was organised, based on the study of development timeline of the most featured domestic and foreign agriculture themed parks 2.0n-the-spot investigations on HangzhouNongfu park, Shanghai Urban Vegetable Garden Hangzhou Green Show, Meijiawu scenic spot, Bagua field scenic spot, Jiangyangfan scenic spot and some other related cases were done. The planning theory of theme parks with regional characteristics was studied in depth including analysing regional features, current situations of agriculture, agriculture landscape construction, and project development etc.3.The domestic and foreign classic cases were studied, for example, Netherlands Keukenhof Park,Japan Kobe winery Park, Chengdu Hua Wu Ren Jian agricultural theme park, Hangzhou Nongfu park,and Shanghai Urban Vegetable Garden, etc. Also analysis of those parks' features and business models was done, and the advantages and disadvantages were summarised.4.The content and method of the planning of agriculture themed parks was discussed, with emphasis on local characteristics of the agricultural park landscape planning. The planning value,planning elements,landscape expressing method,principle of planning and design, and planning content was studied in depth.5.The current situation of Zhujiajian's agricultural resources and geographical environment was investigated and analysed, and a summary about the advantages of the development of Zhujiajian's agriculture themed parks was made. A conceptual proposal of planning Zhujiajian's agriculture themed parks was made with cultural characteristics in terms of the functional partition, theme and content,naming system and indicator system.
