As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the construction industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but the natural resources are not inexhaustible.And with the increasing of construction waste,we must develop the resource-conserving recycled concrete material to realize the recycling of resources.Due to the limitations of economic development,technical level and ideology,the leftover factories,outbuildings and hardened pavement in Zhubugang Industrial Zone in Yuetang District,Xiangtan City,Hunan Province will be demolished and construction waste will reach 753,500 tons.How to effectively use these construction waste has become the difficult of Xiangtan Two Municipal Science and Technology Ltd.In order to make a large number of construction solid waste to be recyled,This paper based on the recycled(coarse and fine)aggregate of the broken construction waste from Zhubugang Industrial Zone,doing the experimental study on different water cement ratios,two kinds of cement strength,the effet of recycled(coarse and fine)aggregate on compressive and flexural properties.And then summarize the results of the test to prepare the research test of recycled concrete curb products,The main work and research contents are as follows:(1)The basic performance study on recycled(coarse and fine)aggregate of the broken construction waste from Zhubugang Industrial Zone,The regeneration of fine aggregate barely meet the second class of recycled sand standards,recycled coarse aggregate also meet the gravel grading.(2)The experimental study on different water cement ratios,two kinds of cement strength,the effet of recycled(coarse and fine)aggregate on compressive and flexural properties of the broken construction waste from Zhubugang Industrial Zone.Got some useful conclusions as follows:(1)The compressive and flexural strength of recycled concrete is increasing with the decrease of water-cement ratio,but the smaller the better,the water-cement ratio is 0.4,the compressive and flexural Appears as the maximum value.(2)PO · 42.5 Cement Preparation of recycled concrete Compressive and flexural strength PSA · 32.5 The cement is formulated with a high,and when the water-cement ratio is 0.55,the effect of cement strength is not so obvious.(3)When regenerated fine and coarse aggregates are respectively incorporated,the performance of regenerated concrete produced from recycled fine aggregate is lower than that of recycled aggregate which only incorporates recycled coarse aggregate.If the same time mixed with fine,coarse aggregate,then the formation of recycled concrete mechanical properties of the lowest.(4)And the experimental results show that the 6 sets of mixing ratio can meet the mechanical requirements of the production of recycled concrete curb.(3)According to the test results and mix design of compressive and flexural properties of recycled concrete standard specimen.Using the matching ratio parameters iscm :wm :sm :gm =1:0.4:1.54:2.99,produced a linear and L-type recycled concrete curb,And its mechanical properties were tested,Get Cc25 grade L-type and Cf3.0 grade linear recycled concrete curb stone products.This experiment can be used as a manufacturing parameter for the volume production of recycled concrete curb products,and which can provide some reference for similar companies that need to produce recycled concrete curb products.
