| According to the statistics of relevant literature,the global energy consumption,building energy consumption accounts for around 50%of building energy consumption,and most occurred in the building operation process.Energy consumption of building envelope plays an important part in the energy consumption of the whole building,improve the epidermal structure of building envelope structure is important for reducing the energy consumption of buildings.With good thermal properties of the upper glass curtain wall can reduce indoor cooling load in summer,can reduce the energy consumption for heating buildings in winter.The key problems in the application of the double glass curtain wall is the effect of thermal channel airflow organization how reasonable formation to achieve energy-saving.In this paper,by using numerical simulation software FLUENT to establish a system thermal model of double glass curtain wall,respectively in summer and winter thermal performance numerical simulation.Mainly aiming at the summer solar radiation condition outer circulation ventilation glass curtain wall are studied,mainly using the natural ventilation,to optimize the design of curtain wall system structure,and mechanical ventilation asauxiliary means of improving research.In natural ventilation part analyses the influence factors of thermal channel and form a stack effect,and the wall of tuyere location,size,thermal channel spacing and the height of the optimized design,and the curtain wall outlet position,size,spacing thermal channel and highly optimized;mechanical ventilation using FLUENT to simulate the initial velocity were mechanical ventilation type double-layer curtain wall 1.Om/s,1.5m/s,2.0m/s,2.5m/s,/s,3.0m 3.5m/s,4.Om/s,4.5m/s,5.Om/s,and calculated by the way of different mechanical ventilation velocity of energy analysis,obtained when the ventilation velocity is 4m/s,the best energy saving effect of the system;Select the Shenyang area the coldest winter in January,respectively,to study the effects of a cycle way gas without solar radiation conditions on the thermal performance of the curtain wall system.Select the operation scheme more reasonable under different meteorological conditions,and makes theoretical analysis and data frosting problems unique to the north.The study found that in the solar radiation conditions,inner cycling glass curtain wall is beneficial to improve the indoor air temperature in the 10:00-13:00 period,less solar radiation time closed double glass curtain wall has good heat insulation effect;no solar radiation conditions,the mechanical exhaust double layer glass curtain wall can obtain better heat preservation effect.Study on the aspects of outer curtain wall curtain wall frost found medial prone to frost phenomenon in the cold area pole,in the design of double skin facade and the actual operation control,should be fully taken into account the frosting problem of curtain wall.This study shows that:the double curtain wall is a good prospects for development of building curtain wall technology,through the thermal performance of the curtain wall system under different conditions of the simulation,discover the double curtain wall has great energy-saving potential in cold area of china.The optimization design of the double glass curtain wall structure and the circulation mode in this paper provides important reference basis for the double glass curtain wall in cold regions engineering construction in the future. |
