Concrete,as the current main building materials,is widely used in projects of construction,bridges,oceans engineering and so on.Concrete pouring is an indispensable part of the construction,and the effect of concrete driving and vibrating not only affects the performance of concrete,but also has great impacts in durability.The mode of concrete driving and vibrating is relatively single,and there are many limitations in horizontal components,hollow composite structure and other new structure in concrete vibrating.So,it is necessary to study the new type of concrete driving and vibrating method.In this paper,study of magnetic driven concrete was proposed to study the new type of concrete driven and vibrating method,and the main contents were list as below:(1)A new method of magnetically driven concrete was put forward to make up for the shortages of concrete vibration and concrete pumping.A magnetic force generating device was designed and made.Theoretical analysis and magnetic force calculation of the core coil were carried out,and the structure design of the device and the assembly details was given.Simultaneous,the control method of the magnetic magnitude and direction change was given,too.(2)The basic mechanical properties of magnetic driven concrete were studied.The steel slag was used as ferromagnetic aggregate,and three kinds of concrete mix ratios and two kinds of vibrating methods of magnetic driven and shaking table were used to simulate the experiments of compressive strength,tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete.At the same time,apparent and porosity of the concrete specimens were compared and analyzed.The conclusion was given by the expriments of mechanical properties of magnetic driven concrete.(3)The axial compressive test of the hollow GFRP pipe concrete column driven by magnetic was designed.We analyzed the influence of concrete column driven by magnetic or not and different mix ratios of concrete and different slenderness ratios on the failure mechanism,failure mode,wall deformation,stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of concrete columns under magnetically driven.We calculated the bearing capacity of the axial compression theoretically,and analyzed the difference between the measured value and the theoretical calculation value.The results of the experiment driven by magnetic in the composite structure were given.
