With the development of science and technology,the more and more demands of constructional productions.Consolidation of soil method is more and stricter in construction industry.how to creative a new method of consolidation of soil in the combination with the project example with some of advantages of existing methods and the theory of science and achievement of technology.So frictional soil bags foundation reinforcement method comes into being.Frictional soil bags foundation reinforcement method not only has the advantages of consolidation by dewatering,but also has the advantages of sand pile.The original soil bags reinforcement method was improve by author.By increase the friction between the soil bags to prevent the soil bags'lateral displacement,with the improvement of this method,we can think of composite foundation.According to the composite foundation stress forms,it can be divided into two forms.One is horizontal reinforce composite foundation,the other one is vertical composite foundation.Pile foundation is a represent in vertical reinforce composite.We can regard soil bags foundation reinforcement method as vertical,we also can regard frictional soil bags foundation reinforcement as horizontal reinforce composite foundation.It has the characters of increasing friction between earth and reforced rib.So it can increase the stiffness of earth.In this new kind of reinforcement method,we take good advantages of the ability of stress and reasonable cross form,it can satisfy the bearing capacity of earth in technology,but also can shorten time of construction period,decrease the project cost to save material.In this foundation reinforcement treatment method,is putting the foundation soil into polypropylene plastic bag at the original site of project,And then to mechanically compacting the excavated soil bin,the filled woven bags in accordance with the designed stacked neatly placed,the last job is to backfill foundation trench,after backfill mechanically compacting again.This article is under the guidance of the design idea of the above,and it is completed based on the 1:10 indoor model experiment.In this indoor simulation experiment,because of the limit of production and field,we choose the 45*40*3mm PE bags to take place to plastic woven bag in the design.In the experiment we use finished product of fine sand from Inner Mongolia to simulate the undisturbed soil in actual engineering.In the whole experiment,we can change the Buried depth and cross form in the same amount of soil bags,and differential cross form and amount of soil bags in the same Buried depth so on,guarantee in the same loading condition.There are 10 model experiments,after every model experiments,we turn stressed sand into natural state by human being.Avoid sand disturbance by heavy machine and human being as soon as possible.After 9 groups of experiments,we integrate analysis,comparison and conclusion the data of them.By those steps of after experiments,we have concluded that frictional soil bags foundation reinforcement method has ability to improve bearing capacity of the ground.It also can decrease foundation's settlement and uneven settlement.We list the important factors about bearing capacity of the ground,and find out the best experiment,continue comparison,anglicizing to testify the best experiment.At last,we make an analysis on negative phenomenon of the experiment,come up with the solution about it.And hope to provide data and theoretical support for the future learning and research.We also hope that frictional soil bags foundation reinforcement method will be take action in engineering practice.
