In large power system,the useful protection and control is of great importance,and this depends on whether the high voltage circuit breaker(HVCB)can work stably and reliably.The mechanical equipment is required to supply driving force for opening and closing action of the HVCB,and the reliability of the accused device is directly related to the structure and function of operation device.New motor operation device becomes a direction of having studying potential,because of its more simple structure and more convenient manipulation.This article first embarks from the topic background and research purpose,reveals the development status of HVCB operating mechanism at home and abroad.The performance of different types of operating mechanism are analyzed.In order to determine the type of motor,which is suitable for dragging HVCB load,the article launches a selection research for driven motor,ultimately selects permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)as the driven motor of operating mechanism.Second,this article introduces the mathematical model of the PMSM,space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)technology,and simply introduces several common control strategy for excitation current id.Then,for the application of HVCB driven by built-in PMSM,the article analyzes the basic principle of the maximum torque/current(MTPA)control strategy.It builds the simulation model for motor vector control system in Matlab/Simulink,simulates the opening/closing movement of HVCB,and the results of simulation analysis are presented.After that,for the surface-type PMSM,the article analyzes the basic principle of PWM current predictive control.With regard to the problem that PWM current predictive control strategy is sensitive to motor parameter,the article puts forward the extended state observer to observe the parameter perturbation and makes feed-forward compensation.In contrast,simulation results analyze the dynamic characteristics of the PWM current predictive control compared to traditional PI controller,and also give the extended state observer's inhibition effect of parameter perturbation.Again,the article introduces the realization method on serial links of the MODBUS communication protocol.Also,the basic principle of SCI and SPI communication interface are briefly discussed,and it makes a brief introduction to EEPROM(93LC56B)chip and SRAM(IS61LV25616)chip.It designs thecommunication scheme of HVCB servo system driven by PMSM,and gives the communication experiment results of HVCB servo system.Finally,this article introduces the overall structure of HVCB servo system driven by PMSM,main circuit and control circuit of servo system are carried on the hardware design,as well as motor control algorithm for the software design.At the same time,the article conducts opening and closing experiment on the platform of HVCB servo system driven by PMSM.The results of experiment are analyzed,and prove that when using the MTPA control strategy,the motor can better finish opening/closing movement of HVCB.Then the article briefly expounds the direction of next step.
