To stabilize the fluctuations of wind power,hybrid energy storage system has become an effective form of reservoir to stabilize the fluctuations of wind power.In this paper,the large scale mixed storage based on CAN system to improve absorptive capacity of wind power control strategy based on the detailed research,complete the following work:Firstly,aiming at the deficiency of existing power allocation strategy,taking into account the acceptance of wind power capacity and the extension of the service life of the energy storage system,this paper puts forward a system of power distribution switching strategy based on hybrid energy storage,according to different working conditions,the output power of wind power and grid connected power reference deviation degree,to achieve different control strategies for switched from.And the paper proposes an optimized design of control system that using the principle of moving average to stabilize the target second time which are used to stabilize the peak and cyclic wind power fluctuation.The simulation analysis shows that the control strategy of the hybrid energy storage system is correct and effective,and it has great engineering practical value.Then,In view of the large scale integration of grid-connected hybrid energy storage system,the paper study the impact on power grid.In smoothing the wind power fluctuation control strategy based on the proposed a based on additional voltage and frequency control of grid connected control strategy,the control strategy by adding power factor k that HESS in smoothing the wind power fluctuation and improve system transient stability.According to the different characteristics of the battery and the super capacitor,the control voltage and frequency response.Finally,through the comparative analysis of different configurations,we can know that the transient stability can be different by different control strategies,and the transient stability can be improved by changing the HESS capacity and power factor K.After that,according to the opposite problem on the wind power output stabilize effect and energy storage invest costs,considering the important factors of the abandoned wind and energy shortage,and analysize energy loss from the control strategy of low pass filter,to minimize the storage system cost as objective function,using PSO algorithm to make the hybrid energy storage system economy in total optimal.And according to the wind power grid standards and storage medium characteristics,formulate constraints in the process of PSO algorithm,and then the wind power output deviation rate and SOC utilization rate as evaluation index,evaluate the hybrid energy storage system capacity allocation comprehensively.The effectiveness of this capacity configuration scheme is verified by simulation.Through comparing with other literature,the results show that the scheme has certain advantages in some aspects.Finally,the control strategy simulation model based on RT-LAB real-time simulation platform for stabilizing the fluctuations of wind power has been build.The control strategy of the third chapter is simulated in real time,which verifies the effectiveness of the strategy.
