Electric vehicle charger is an important part of the power unit of electric vehicles,but also access to the grid side of the equipment,on the whole requires its small size,high efficiency,high power factor,harmonic current and EMI interference less features.At present,there are a variety of electric vehicle power battery,each type of battery charging parameters are not consistent,but the battery system charge and discharge control by the corresponding battery management unit(BMS).So the car charger needs to establish communication with the BMS,in accordance with the BMS given instructions to charge the battery.This article based on the relevant national electric vehicle industry standards,in understanding the electric vehicle charger technical indicators and protection level requirements under the premise of the parameters of the charger designed to achieve a wide range of high efficiency output standards.Compared with the characteristics of different topologies,the design of the charger is a two-stage converter frame structure:the front class is the bridgeless Boost PFC structure,the latter is the full bridge LLC resonant converter structure,and the TMS320F2808 is used as the master chip.Aiming at the electric vehicle charger with two-stage APFC structure,the working principle and working characteristics of the bridgeless Boost PFC circuit are analyzed in detail,and the parameters of the component are selected and selected.Secondly,the working principle of the LLC resonant converter is analyzed The parameter design and circuit performance of the LLC full bridge resonant converter in the wide output voltage range are studied,and the parameter optimization parameters are designed.The frequency domain analysis of the converter is carried out by the fundamental analysis.On this basis,the parameters of the LLC full bridge resonant converter with high power,high efficiency and wide output voltage range are determined by a large number of parameters.And through the establishment of simulation circuit,verify the feasibility of the parameters and a wide range of output.Finally,the digital control and the loss are analyzed by TMS320F2808.
