The traditional filter,for example,Butterworth low-pass filter because of its passband flat response,attenuation and phase characteristics,for components of the filter with no strict requirements,easy to get in line with the characteristics of the design value,strong adaptability and widely used at the same time,the traditional design and implementation of a perfect filter.With the development of fractional order,the fractional filter has been paid more and more attention because of its better performance,more freedom and better stability.The realization and Simulation of fractional order filter is an important subject.In this paper,based on the traditional filter,the circuit realization and Simulation of fractional order filter is studied.For a single fractional element and two fractional order filter is studied according to the low-pass and high pass,band-pass and band stop mode classification,obtained form and simulation circuit corresponding to each type of.At the same time,the fractional order Butterworth filter is studied in detail.Super capacitor is a promising energy storage component,and it is of great significance to further study the practical application of supercapacitors.Based on the fractional order vector matching,perfect the traditional fractional super capacitor model,and put forward a new model of super capacitor fractional order Butterworth low-pass filter based on the characteristics of fractional order Butterworth low-pass filter,combined with the basic characteristics of super capacitor model,can expand the scope of application of super capacitor and to improve its stability and anti noise etc..
