Magnetic coupling resonance is a new power transmission solutions, which has advantage over security, direction, penetration and other aspects during transmission progress. As well as impedance matching technology could be a better method which can optimize the characteristic of transmission meanwhile achieve maximum power transmission.Using this new method can avoid the low efficiency and power amplifier burned caused by impedance mismatched of wireless power transmission. In order to introduce the impedance matching network in the magnetic coupling resonant wireless power transmission system,The four-coil circuit model of magnetic coupling resonant two-coil and four-coil is established, and the four resonant circuit topologies of these two kinds of structures are analyzed in detail. The resonant capacitance of the four topologies is studied, and the relationship between the transmission efficiency, the resonant frequency and the detuning factor in the two-coil structure is studied. The simulation results show that the impedance matching effect is better in the over-coupled region. The relationship between the transmission efficiency of the system and the forward transmission parameter S21 is analyzed by using the impedance matrix and the scattering matrix respectively. Then, according to the load characteristics, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by MATLAB simulation.By comparing the MAX038 integrated circuit as the generating circuit of the high frequency signal source, the E class power amplifier circuit is selected as the main topology of the high frequency power signal source, and the power source parameters of the signal source are designed and analyzed by Saber simulation. Finally, the impedance matching network is selected, and the parameter design of the matching circuit is completed by Smith chart.A test device with a resonant frequency of1 MHz is designed with a double-ended impedance matching network and tested at a coupling distance of 18 cm.Through the simulation experiment, the impedance matching network is inserted at the transmitter and the receiver, and the matching of the parameters can be realized, which can effectively improve the output power of the system and optimize the transmission efficiency of the system.
