Qingdao is located in the coastal areas, the rock is more rigid, is rare at home and abroad subway tunnels placed in the rock layer of the region.Under the condition of hard rock, the excavation construction technology of subway station is lacking, and the complete engineering can be practiced less. Drilling and blasting method as the main method of hard rock excavation, construction tools simple, convenient and reliable process, a wide range of explosives, cheap, high economic efficiency. But the neighboring buildings and the surrounding residents of daily life to bring a greater impact, is not conducive to social harmony. The research on the blasting construction technology of urban subway station can effectively solve the problem of "disturbing people" and "disturbing",reducing the construction cost, speeding up the construction progress, and has broad application prospect and good promotion value.Based on the research on the construction of subway station in Yan'an Road, Qingdao Metro Line 2, this paper analyzes the structure selection and construction technology of shallow subway station, and puts forward the application of subway station Blasting vibration control technology.Through the analysis of the causes of tunnel overburdening, the tunnel over-under-excavation control technology based on changing the form of peripheral hole drilling is proposed. The main research contents are as follows:(1) This paper analyzes the construction method of the underground subway station by analyzing the literature and field investigation, analyzes the correspondence between the station form and the construction method,and points out the use conditions of the commonly used construction method.(2) The main process of subway station construction is taken as the background of the key part of the main shaft of the No. 1 shaft, the No.1 duct and the main body of the station. The main process of the construction of the subway station is the main line of the problem, the analysis, the theoretical source, the solution way and the effect analysis, The research on blasting construction technology of subway station under complicated conditions is studied.(3) The influence of the position of the starting point on the blasting effect was studied by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. The blasting vibration and the rock breaking effect were analyzed, which provided the theoretical basis for the research of blasting vibration and improving the blasting quality.(4) Based on the study of borehole theory, the author analyzes the limitation of drilling precision in the construction of the station from the root of the tunnel, and puts forward the possibility of the 3 drilling form,carries on the feasibility analysis to the hypothesis, and finally determines"Long and short holes" way to arrange the surrounding eye, and to test the field to be verified.The blasting control technology mentioned in this paper can provide reference and reference for similar engineering construction, and has certain application value.
