This thesis is entrusted by a harmonic drive company to develop aharmonic reducer precision measuring instrument, this instrument is based on the movement characteristic and performance index of harmonic reducer. The precision measuring instrument can detect the accuracy of different harmonic reducers and provide reference for the harmonic reducer produced by the company. The main work are as follow:(1) Comprehensively analyzed the situation of precision measurement equipment at home and abroad and a certain type of harmonic reducer performance indicators,the thesis proposed a program of harmonic reducer precision measuring instrument design and overall implementation.(2) Studied the principle of harmonic reducer transmission, and analyzed the precision error, as a result determined the thought of design mechanical platform,structural design of mechanical platform, structure drawings design of complete mechanical.(3) Completed the controller circuit development. This thesis based on LPC1768 integrated chip ARM3 hardware development system, to complete circuit design, drawing, production, and the controller system debugging.(4) Completed the PC software development Use the C #. Net software programming methods, to realize the motion control, parameter configuration,graphics rendering, serial communication, report printing and other module development.(5) Completed the entire measuring instrument system debugging. Through a model of harmonic reducer products and measure the relevant key parameter indicators to complete the harmonic reducer product measurement research.In conclusion, according to the theory of harmonic transmission,the method of dynamic measurement of grating was proposed to verify the transmission accuracy of harmonic reducer. The mechanical structure of harmonic reducer precision measurement was designed in detail. By means of embedded circuit design and software programming, the real - time detection effect of the harmonic accuracy of the harmonic reducer was achieved, and the correctness of the research scheme was verified.
