Cars drive-slip control system(ASR)is a new active safety control systems,it is also the expansion of automobile anti-lock braking systems on applications.Cars drive-slip control system(ASR)is by controlling the car driving wheel slip ratio,making the car a larger driving force and good stability,improve the safety performance of vehicles.So further research drive-slip control strategies to address the stability and safety of the vehicle is of great importance.This paper studies the electric vehicle drive-slip control strategy.In this paper,in-wheel motor arrangement scheme,by adjusting the voltage of the motor to change the motor output torque,the wheel slip ratio at a desired value,this time,the longitudinal and lateral road adhesion coefficient are ideal.The main contents of the following sections:(1)Selection and modeling.we have researched the general structure of the electric vehicles in the program,mathematical model of electric vehicles,and to determine the main parameters.Then,for each subsystem in Simulink modeling of electric vehicles.(2)The research of PID and fuzzy control.Design PID and fuzzy controller for electric vehicle drive-slip control system(ASR),simulation models were placed in three different road conditions and the adaptive capacity of PID fuzzy control were analyzed.By comparison shows:PID control with a smooth transition,the volatility is small,strong adaptability,and fuzzy control can quickly reach a steady state,on the high-adhesion coefficient road better.(3)The research of PID and fuzzy compensation.Because the PID control and fuzzy control has its each advantage,we want to imagine making the two parts together like the style of compensation control.We can find through simulation that:compensation control perform well on the transition time,steady-state error and adaptive capacity.These can express that compensation is possible.(4)CarSim/Simulink co-simulationResearch CarSim software theory,establishment of vehicle dynamics simulation model,and definition input-output interface of model,implementation and Simulink co-simulation,so relatively simple Simulink simulation more intuitive and can be used to observe the simulation results in the form of three-dimensional animation,co-simulation with simulated vehicle CarSim provide more realistic vehicle simulation results more accurate.
