In the 21 st century,the energy crisis has became an bottleneck that limit the development and the progress of the world economy and the civilization.In order to solve the problem,many countries have been developing new energy and renewable energy technology,which has also became the guidance of energy technology.Now,hydro-electric power,nuclear energy,wind power and solar power have been successfully used in human production and life.However,tiny energy produced by human motion and mechanical vibration often ignored are difficult to harvest.Therefore,solutions on harvesting the tiny energy effectively have became research hotspots in recent years.In recent years,micro energy harvesting technology is developing rapidly,which has been divided into: electromagnetic generator,piezoelectric generator,electrostatic generator and triboelectric nanogenerator.In 2012,Zhonglin Wang's group developed the triboelectric nanogenerator for the first time,which opened a new chapter in the area of micro energy harvesting technology.Triboelectric nanogenerator,which is based on tribolelectrification and electrostatic induction,can produce electricity through two different materials rubbing against each other.With deeply research and widely applicating in recent years,triboelectric nanogenerator has been proved to be an effective way in micro energy harvesting.Now it can be divided into: contact-separate mode,sliding mode and single-electrode mode.It can harvest energy widely spreaded in the surroundings,such as human motion energy,mechanical vibration energy and hydro-electric energy.It can convert them into electricity,then power the portable and wearable electronic instruments.Besides,the portable and wearable electronic instruments are developing in the direction of integration and humanization.With the development of material technology,flexibleelectronics and nano technology,smart sensors with biocompatibility,self-supply and comfortability emerged at the right moment,It also provided new requirements for harvesting energy from human motion.Traditional triboelectric nanogenerators mainly rely on electrode materials unflexible or unstrechable,which greatly limits applications of the triboelectric nanogenerator.Thus,it is important to develop an novel triboelectric nanogenerator based on electrode materials with high flexiblility and conductivity.In this work,we demonstrate a fully flexible one-piece triboelectric nanognerator which mainly consists of flexible-strechable electrode and silicone rubber.The flexible-strechable electrode based on silicone polymer and conductive filler has high flexiblility,strechability and conductivity.Besides,there are regular micro structures on the surface of the electrode.The silicone rubber also has good dielectricity and strechability.What's more,the novel nanogenerator can still work stably even after being streched,bended and pressed for 1000 times.This nanogenerator also can light up commercial emitting diode.At last,we have demonstrated the triboelectric nanogenerator as an inspecting sensor,which can respectively inspect three kinds of human motion(Normal walking,Running,Jumping).
