The dangers of unexploded ordnance has been paid great attention by people.Many countries are committed to the improvement of fuse and hope to be able to enhance the security of unexploded ordnance by improving the fuse such as methods of improving the main ignition reliability of fuse,increasing the self-destruction,self-deactivation and self-neutralisation device and so on.To some extent,these can reduce the harm of unexploded ordnance,but they are just "take temporary solution,not effect a permanent cure" and cannot fundamentally disable ammunition thoroughly.Based on the principle of disable unexploded ordnance thoroughly,taking the spring-blocks system interrupter mechanism as the platform,this paper improves and designs the structure of fuse explosive train.It takes the degradation of inverse aqua regia to the detonating explosive HMX as the theory foundation of designing,designing a kind of release mechanism of inverse aqua regia degradation liquid around the fuse detonating tube.When the projectile launch,it uses recoil to release the degradation liquid.After a finite amount of time,the degradation liquid will reacts with detonating explosive,and makes the detonating explosive completely lost the detonate ability,so as to achieve the goal of cutting off explosive train fundamentally.Combining with the design and theoretical research of domestic and foreign chemical self-neutralisation,this paper gives a brief introduction to the theoretical foundation of chemical self-neutralisation design,and after analyzing and comparing many various existing bottle breaker schemes,it finally identifies the release mechanism bottle breaker scheme that is most corresponds to this task.According to the overall scheme,taking advantage of the three-dimensional drawing software to check the design and theory for main components of release mechanism,this paper puts forward some principles to be followed in the design process.Finally,by means of ansys simulation software to make analysis for release mechanism and by analyzing thestress of different overload liquid storage container,it determines the security in the safe disposal of release mechanism and the overload value when release mechanism carries out reliable work;At the same time,this paper studies the relationship between the whole fracture time of weak links and overload;At last,this paper analyzes the overload characteristics of the sealing cover with different thickness in release mechanism and determines the right thickness as well as puts forward the optimized design scheme.
