The geometric shapes of the liners generatrix are generally linear,circular,elliptical,ball and their combination,besides,there are hyperbolic trumpet liners.However,a new geometric shape is difficult to develop with the continuous upgrade of protective armor,especially the single generatrix liners.So in this paper,in addition to the above single generatrixliners,the penetrators deforming effects of the curves of the polynomial equation,sine and Gauss are discussed.And the advantages of the liners generatrix using Gaussian curve is concluded.On the basis of the domestic and overseas research on the destroying elements from shaped charge,in this paper,the payload loaded constitution using Gauss curve liners is developed.Firstly,the forming process of destroying elements is simulated using AUTODYN-2D software,and the influences of different factors on the Gaussian curve liners molding are researched including the wall thickness(variable wall thickness and iso-wall thickness)and the charge major axis.Then the effects of the point of detonated on the jet molding is discussed by adapting two ways of initiation: point initiation and annular initiation.The shape and diameter of the diaphragms are changed to analyze their effects on the molding.Finally,according to orthogonal optimization and penetration target simulation,on the one hand,they optimize the structure of the Gaussian curve liners,on the other hand,the penetration resistance of the Gaussian curve liners can be realized clearly.The researches show that:(1)the jet molding effect of the variable wall thickness liners is better than the iso-wall thickness and the slug is smaller;(2)for point initiation,molding effect and speed is better adapting the top center point initiation;for annular initiation,the diameter of the initiation should not be too small,and the molding effect is best when the diameter is 40mm;(3)the diameter of the diaphragm has a great influence on the jet moldingand tip velocity.When the diameter is 0.9D,the jet velocity is the fastest and the jet is slender and hard to snap.The shape of the diaphragm has influence on the jet molding,but it has little influence on the final velocity;(4)according to the simulation of the penetration target,the penetration ability of Gaussian curve liners is better than the taper liners under the same caliber.
