The magnetic field has become the first choice for the trajectory correction of the roll angle measurement because of its passivity and concealment.However,the influence of the magnetic field interference,the installation error and other factors on the magnetic field will cause the magnetic angle measuring device the output error,which may affect the precision of calculating elastic body roll Angle.Based on this background,in this paper,the error of the geomagnetic component installation,the induced magnetic field and the measurement error caused by the eddy current magnetic field are analyzed and simulated.The conclusions can provide theoretical guidance to reduce the error factors for the engineering application of geomagnetic measurement method of projectile rolling angle information.First of all,carry out the overall design of the angle measuring device according to the requirements of the working environment and the performance of the geomagnetic angle measure device,and then make a brief introduction on the process of the installation of the geomagnetic angle measuring device on the limited space structure of missile,which raise the problem of the installation error.Secondly,the measurement process of geomagnetic angle measuring device is that the magnetic field vector information picked up by the magnetic sensor is digitized after amplification.However,in the process of digitization,it will be interfered by various factors.Therefore,in the simulation installation error,induced magnetic field and eddy current magnetic field caused by geomagnetic digital signal variation and angle error,it is necessary to know the correspondence between the geomagnetic analogue and the output digital quantity.Based on this,the digital model of geomagnetic angle measuring device is established by experimental method.Finally,the coordinate model of geomagnetic angle measurement principle is established based on the analysis of geomagnetic field,installation structure error and geomagnetic angle analysis principle.According to the coordinate transformation relationship in the model and the digital model of the geomagnetic angle measuring device,a complete model of geomagnetic angle measurement program is written.The error of the installation,the variation of the geomagnetic digital signal caused by the induced magnetic field,the eddy current magnetic field and the angle error caused by the simulation are simulated respectively by modifying the program's read parameters.According to the simulation results,it is necessary to compensate and correct the geomagnetic digital signal outputted by the measurement system for the control projectile missile system which uses the geomagnetic method to measure the missile roll attitude information.For low-speed rockets,the induced magnetic field is the main source of the roll angle error,and with the increase of the rolling speed of the missile,the angular error caused by the eddy current magnetic field increases.The conclusion of this study can provide the theoretical basis for the installation of geomagnetic angle measuring device and the geomagnetic error compensation and correction technology,and has the engineering application value.
