Central air conditioning system has been widely used in contemporary China's modern intelligent building,it bring people a comfortable working and living environment.In the early extensive development,brought a lot of energy waste.Reducing the energy consumption of buildings is the key to the sustainable development of China's modern urban construction.It is also an important part of China's energy strategic plan,which is inextricably linked with the sustainable development of society and the continuous growth of the country.It have some features between the various systems of Central air conditioning,such as strong coupling,strong non-linear,large lag and so on.In the traditional air conditioning system,PID control is used to control the flow of chilled water system.However,due to the complicated structure and inertia of the air conditioning system,it is difficult for the traditional PID control to realize the effective control of the air conditioning system.The fuzzy control of the variable universe does not need to carry out the mathematical model of the field system.After collecting the expert experience,it can react quickly according to the running condition and adjust the speed quickly.According to the actual situation,the domain is changing,the control precision is high,No mathematical model and the site is easy to implement.In view of this situation,this paper intends to use variable universe fuzzy control of air conditioning in the chilled water system to study.In this paper,Trnsys as a modeling platform,according to the required air conditioning system in Trnsys to establish a central air conditioning system model,import weather documents and other data.To a shopping mall for the prototype to establish a more comprehensive model of building load,through these two steps to basically establish a relatively complete central air conditioning system model.As Trnsys does not adapt to the complex algorithm,this paper uses Matlab as the central air conditioning control system controller,contrast variable universe fuzzy control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm in chilled water system control effect.The fifth chapter will introduce the air conditioning control strategy mentioned in the engineering application,the system master PLC is Siemens S7-226,by a number of S7-226 and other data acquisition module,the control module to form a low-cost central air conditioning set Control system.System on the host computer monitoring software is to force control,through the PLC will be collected on-site data collection,the host computer software to achieve real-time monitoring of field devices,fault alarm,data preservation,one key to start and other functions.
