Lining seepage Water Leakage has always been a difficult problem in the operation of the tunnel,cause on tunnel transportation safety;and more than a single tunnel leakage disease caused by various diseases,interactions between the tunnel will lead to reduced security.Based on the survey data,the southwest rock tunnel design data and test data based on analysis of the rock tunnel lining seepage causes and prevention,the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Through the investigation and analysis of the test data,a big void behind tunnel lining,the lining thickness is insufficient,the main diseases were lining seepage statistical classification,found seepage disease location in space length and tunnel lining defect position section corresponding relation.(2)Use GTS-NX software to analyze the lining cavity size,void position and grade of surrounding rock and lining thickness is less than four factors on the lining stress,bending moment,safety coefficient,found a void size and location are the main influence factors;hole size increased gradually,the maximum bending moment distribution of tunnel lining structure changes,tensile stress with the increase in size and strength.(3)By the numerical analysis of the presence of lining cavity lining crack evolution,found gradually increases with the hole width,hole lining negative moment is big,empty on both sides of the edge of positive moment is increasing gradually,when the hole width reaches 4m,hole in the vault and the arch waist,side wall at the center of the corresponding maximum outer lining the tensile stress and hole on both sides of the inner side of the edge of the maximum tensile stress is greater than the tensile strength of concrete lining,the cracking phenomenon.(4)The effect of lining cracks on the permeability coefficient,establish hydro mechanical coupling analysis model,found that the tunnel lining cavity when defect formation around the groundwater gradually to the empty position at the same time for enrichment,tunnel lining crack cause local permeability coefficient increases rapidly,empty cracks are two sides with seepage velocity the larger,more prone to leakage of disease in holes on both sides,is the main reason for rock tunnel seepage Water Leakage in side wall and arch waist.The position of crack distribution of Dayan tunnel and the maximum tensile stress appear.(5)according to the causes of rock tunnel leakage disease,aiming at the shortageof the cavities behind the lining and the thickness of tunnel lining crack and backfill grouting seepage disease is given to fill the empty strengthening lining thickness measures according to different crack width adopted low pressure grouting method and surface sealing grouting cracking location,water permeable pipe built-in position comprehensive management of drainage way tunnel leakage disease.
