The working stress of hydraulic concrete structure directly reflects the health condition of the structure,which index safety evaluation and hydraulic structures.The most commonly used method for measuring the working stress is stress release method.According to the existing research and engineering practice,difficult operation and huge error make it hard to applicable in actual engineering.Therefore,this paper combines the theoretical analysis with experimental study;analyze the error by adopting the digital image and the stress release method to propose a more accurate and more convenient operation of the stress measurement method.The main contents of this paper are as follow:(1)Established a numerical model in grooving method for measuring the working stress of concrete by Ansys.Providing index for experiment and engineering practice by selecting reasonable parameters such as specimen size and groove shape based on analyzing the results.(2)Established a numerical model in ring-drilling method for measuring the working stress of concrete by Ansys.Providing theoretical support by selecting reasonable parameters such as specimen size and length of strain gauge based on analyzing the results.(3)Obtained the changes of surface strain of concrete through prefabricated grooving and prefabricated ring-drilling experiment,and proved the feasibility of digital image combined with stress release method by analyzed the stress release under different groove depth and different load.(4)The stress release of the specimen was studied by simulate the actual work condition.The measurement accuracy of stress measurement method proposed in this paper was studied by measure the strain and quantitative analysis the stress release.
