| Strengthening bridge with CFRP lamina was a new strengthening technique which has been developed in recent years,This technology integrated into the advantages of ordinary pasting CFRP lamina and prestressed strengthening technique that could effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure,improve the structure stiffness and the cracking performance of concrete beam,so that results satisfaction of in serviceability limit state.But most of the previous research results on the reinforcement technology of prestressed carbon fiber plate,mainly research on the anchorage and carbon fiber sheet stress,little research on mechanical performance of the End-anchored zone of Prestressed CFRP plate,on the prestressed carbon fiber sheet reinforced system,the End-anchored Zone is an important part of them.Its excellent properties directly affects the structural safety and effect of the prestressed,so it is necessary to carry out research on the mechanical properties of end anchorage area.According to the waveform of anchor and prestressed CFRP plate anchorage system,anchor seat which is applicable to prestressed CFRP plates reinforcement system is proposed,the static loading test for the analysis of stress mechanism of anchorage area,at the same time using finite element analysis software ANSYS for finite element analysis,Based on the analysis of the test results,following conclusions are obtained:(1)In the whole loading process,it is found that there is no slip phenomenon in the End-anchored zone.At the same time,through the measurement of the relative displacement of the anchor seat,it can be concluded that the anchor seat has good anchorage performance.(2)Through the strain analysis of the anchor seat,it can be concluded that the larger the stress in the same section,closer to the anchor axis,the smaller the stress.Between the different cross-section,the distance from the external force the greater the distance the greater the stress,otherwise the smaller.(3)The stress characteristics of the bolt are studied by analyzing the strain of the bolt.The results show that the bolt tension in the middle of the anchor seat is largert than others(4)The finite element model of the end-anchorage zone is established to obtain the distribution and variation of anchorage stress by comparing the experimental data. |
