| In recent decades,the continuous destruction of water environment,the increase of the types and content of various pollutants in water,especially the serious pollution of organic pollutants in water;At present,the most of the water using the traditional process of water purification treatment,slightly polluted source water its processing,less effect on the removal of organic pollutants in water.Before this article main research process forms,parameters and analysis of processing units,on the basis of mountain areas in chongqing rural source water,see the exploration achievements of scholars at home and abroad,the oxidant,potassium permanganate and powder activated carbon combination,sodium hypochlorite and powder activated carbon combination,combination of oxidant/powder activated carbon-UF process such as water treatment process on the removal efficiency of organic pollutants in water and removing mechanism analysis.The results of the study are as follows:(1)potassium permanganate and sodium hypochlorite on the removal efficiency of CODMn,UV254 in water.Potassium permanganate in the process of removing organic pollutants in water,the optimum condition for 15 min 1.2 mg/L potassium permanganate preoxidation,at this point,the CODMn,UV254 removal rate are 22.30% and 22.30% respectively;Sodium hypochlorite oxidation of UV254 in raw water purification effect have no direct relationship with the oxidation time,the optimal additive quantity is 1.0 mg/L,this condition of CODMn,UV254 in raw water removal rate was 25.07%,13.70%,respectively.(2)the powder activated carbon adsorption can effectively remove CODMn,UV254,consider removing effect and economical,by the experimental data available,the optimum condition for the water polluted water treatment by activated carbon powder is 40 mg/L,powder activated carbon adsorption 15 min,corresponding to water CODMn,UV254 removal rate was 28.4%,13.70%,respectively.(3)potassium permanganate and powder activated carbon combination process of CODMn,UV254 purification effect is remarkable,the optimum condition of 1.2 mg/L potassium permanganate preoxidation 15 min,15 min 30 mg/L powder activated carbon adsorption,CODMn,UV254 in water removal rate was 61.47%,32.88%,respectively.(4)with sodium hypochlorite powder activated carbon can effectively remove CODMn,UV254,considering all the parameters and the economy,slightly polluted source water with 1.0 mg/L sodium hypochlorite,the best working condition of the powder activated carbon powder activated carbon adsorption for 35 mg/L 15 min,CODMn,UV254 in water removal rate was 43.87%,46.58%,respectively.Slightly polluted source water as a result,the removal efficiency of organic pollutants in water,potassium permanganate and powder activated carbon in general,the combination is better than that of sodium hypochlorite and powder activated carbon combination,and potassium permanganate was better than sodium hypochlorite on strengthening adsorption;At the same time,the former is 5mg/L less than the powder activated carbon.In the removal efficiency of CODMn and UV254 in micro-polluted water water,the optimal choice of potassium permanganate and powder activated carbon.Determined by the early stage of the pretreatment solution,coupled with the mature technology of ultrafiltration water treatment technology research,found that potassium permanganate/powder activated carbon-UF combination process to remove CODMn,UV254 effect is obvious,the average removal rate are 64.87% and 46.71% respectively,compared with the ultrafiltration membrane filter directly removal rate increased by 50 and 10%,respectively.For the control of CODMn,UV254 concentration,the process before using potassium permanganate/powder activated carbon has obvious removal effect,and CODMn value of the effluent can meet the national newly promulgated "drinking water health standards" threshold.Therefore,in the CODMn higher water should be considered in the ultrafiltration process of increased before the processing unit,potassium permanganate and powder activated carbon treatment scheme of CODMn,UV254 removal effect is obvious,can be a priority.This paper is supported by the development and demonstration project of the integrated equipment development and demonstration project of rural drinking water ultrafiltration,and the results are of great practical value. |
