After the industrial revolution,with the process of global integration,the prosperity of world economy become closer and closer and the transport depend on fossil fuels more and more.However,people have been researching the alternative drive system for more than decade,for which the major premise of people threaten by the crisis of energy,resources and environmental pollution in every country of the world.In several alternative drive systems,hybrid electric vehicles(HEV)are considered as important and transitio na l short-term solutions.In the most general sense,the HEV consists of a battery,one or more motors and engines powered by gasoline / diesel.At the same time,according to the change of vehicle structure and vehicle demanded power,to make a reasonable optimal torque distribution to engine and motor constantly,the targeted energy manage me nt control strategy has become a research hotspot in HEV,as well as one of the key technologies in hybrid power technology.Based on the National Science Foundation of China,this paper studies the energy management and control strategy which can be applied to the real-time control of real vehicles so as to obtain better fuel economy.In this paper,electricity holding parallel HEV as the research object,the main research content is as follows:Firstly,because MATLAB / Simulink software built forward simulation of the hybrid vehicle simulation platform,matching the dynamic parameter to the key components in vehicle model of hybrid power system.Based on the detailed analysis of the vehicle driving model,controller,engine,motor and battery model,we take the method that combining the theoretical modeling and the test modeling to establish the key components and vehicle model of the dynamic system,and to supply the simulation platform of vehicle control strategy and algorithm design and vehicle performance simula t io n analysis.Secondly,beginning with the instantaneous optimization algorithm in the energy management control strategy of hybrid electric vehicle,people suggested the equivale nt fuel consumption minimization strategy(ECMS)which is the lowest equivalent fuel consumption,which based on the instantaneous optimization of torque control Strategy.The equivalent fuel consumption of the battery is calculated by using the single coordination parameter equivalent factor,and the objective function of the instantaneo us fuel consumption optimization based on ECMS constructed and simulated with the actual fuel consumption of the engine.The results shown that this strategy can distribute the engine and motor torque reasonably meanwhile maintain the maintenance of the battery power.Under various typical conditions,the oil saving rate is between 18% and 26%,which provides a good preparation condition for the adaptive control strategy and algorithm design based on the state of charge(SOC)feedback.And then,according to the shortcomings of ECMS changing the equivalent factor for each kind of driving condition,the weak real-time performance and insuffic ie nt practical application,so based on the continuous SOC feedback equivalence factor adaptive control strategy(cA-ECMS)and the adaptive control strategy(dA-ECMS)of discrete SOC feedback,the A-ECMS control strategy is established combined with the above-mentioned.And the minimum control strategy of on-line identification adaptive equivalent fuel consumption based on SOC feedback is established.The simula t io n results show that the control strategy exploits the advantages of the adaptive control strategy ful y and improves the adaptability of the equivalent factors of the hybrid vehicle.The equivalent fuel consumption is more than 15% basically,and fuel economy is second only to ECMS.Finally,the experiment was carried out to compare the fuel consumption,the energy consumption of the motor and the deviation of the SOC at the initial value of the SOC.The simulation was carried out under 5 times the European NEDC operating conditions.The results show that with the SOC growing initial value,cA-ECMS,dA-ECMS those two control strategies at the end of the state SOC deviation were controlled about 0.6% and-1.6%,but the fuel consumption continuous growing,the total usage of the motor first rise and then drop as a whole.The cA-ECMS control strategy tends to use battery less,and from the perspective of the adaptability of equivalence factors,the variability of dA-ECMS control strategy is smal er and the adaptability is better.It has given the firm theoretical foundation for the follow-up real-time control of energy management and control strategy.
