In the construction of contemporary society,with the progress and development of science and technology,there is also a new world record in the construction industry,the construction industry is developing towards a higher,stronger and better direction.Steel fiber reinforced concrete,steel fiber reinforced concrete is a new kind of multiphase composite material appearance,the chaos to the distribution of steel fiber concrete can effectively prevent internal micro cracks and macro cracks,can improve the concrete tensile strength,bending strength,impact resistance and fatigue performance,has good ductility,therefore,steel fiber reinforced concrete has been widely used in seismic structures.At present,many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on steel fiber reinforced concrete,based on previous studies,this paper focuses on the matching effect of micro steel fiber and aggregate size.By adding different content of steel fiber and coarse aggregate with different size in the concrete,the influence of the diameter of steel fiber reinforced concrete and coarse aggregate is studied.This paper selects 1 kinds of micro steel fiber diameter of 0.2 mm,length 13 mm(length to diameter ratio of 65)and 4 different particle size of coarse aggregate,aggregate size was 0 mm,5-10 mm,10-15 mm,15-20 mm.2 kinds of concrete with different strength grades were designed,and the strength of the concrete was C30 and C50 respectively,and the fiber content of the 3 kinds of fibers was about 0%,1%and 2%,the experimental study on the performance of C30 and C50 concrete after doping different coarse aggregate and different content of steel fiber.This experiment is divided into 4 batches,under C30 and C50 strength,there are 4 kinds of coarse aggregate concrete,3 different kinds of steel fiber were added to each particle size aggregate concrete,a total of 24 groups were designed,there are 12 groups of C30 concrete,C50 concrete has 12 groups,In each experiment,3 stress and strain test blocks(150 mm*150 mm*300 mm),3 splitting tensile test blocks(150 mm*150 mm*300 mm),3 rectangular bending toughness test blocks(100 mm*100 mm*400 mm),and 2 test specimens used for cutting were tested(150 mm*150 mm*300 mm This kind of specimen is not explained in this article),a total of 264 samples.Based on the performance of each test block,the relationship between axial compressive strength and coarse aggregate size is obtained,relationship between axial compressive strength and fiber content,the matching effect of axial compressive strength of cylinder and aggregate size and fiber content;relationship between splitting tensile strength and coarse aggregate size,relationship between splitting tensile strength and fiber content,the relationship between the splitting tensile strength and the particle size and the fiber content;relationship between flexural toughness and coarse aggregate size,relationship between flexural toughness and fiber content;relationship between stress strain and coarse aggregate size,the relationship between stress strain and fiber content.The research results have certain reference value for the practical application and theoretical research.
