At present,China's environmental problems become increasingly serious,and"smog" this hot word perennial Chinese media have been reported to the object.Strict control of pollution emissions is the common goal of our government and enterprises.In the energy issue,general conventional energy in the face of depletion,and pollution is greater,serious damage to human health.The development of clean energy such as renewable solar energy by more and more countries attention,so the future of social development and photovoltaic industry are inseparable.At present,we use the photovoltaic power generation system,the power conversion efficiency is low,highly hindering us to use photovoltaic power generation system.So we must improve the current solar cell power conversion efficiency,so as soon as possible to recover the cost.Based on the basic principle of photovoltaic cells,this paper builds up the simulation model of PV array output model based on MATLAB/Simulink software,and analyzes and analyzes the output characteristics of PV array with the known company of the battery parameters,followed by a brief description of several typical PV MPTT control algorithm principle,and the design of the controller important hardware and software processes.A new MPPT control algorithm is proposed,which combines BP neural network and fuzzy control to introduce the MPPT control of PV array based on neural-fuzzy network.The BP neural network input is time(t),light intensity(G)and ambient temperature(T),which has the function of reasoning the maximum power point voltage.The input of the fuzzy control algorithm is the maximum power point prediction voltage(Vmp),the PV array output voltage(U)and the current(J),which has the fuzzy analysis to calculate the voltage offset(?U).Themain process of neural-fuzzy network method is to use the neural network toolbox provided by MATLAB to study the voltage Vmp at the maximum power point of the sample reasoning,and then use the fuzzy toolbox to fizzify Vmp,U,J,fuzzy rules,After the fuzzy control,calculate the actual output voltage and MPP voltage offset(?U),calculated to change the DC-DC converter MOSFET used in the PWM duty cycle.Finally,the simulation results of MPPT control with fuzzy control of two-dimensional input are compared with the simulated results of MPPT control system based on neural-fuzzy network.Based on the simulation results of power-time(P-t),the neural network-fuzzy network algorithm has the advantages of high efficiency and output stability.
